Eat meat in healthy portions – If you don’t cook your meat enough, the bacteria in it could be passed to your unborn baby. Just don’t eat meat that isn’t cooked all the way. So your body doesn’t gain too much fat, eat a little bit of a smaller portion of meat.
Don’t eat food that’s raw – It’s not good for pregnant women to eat raw food, even though it’s good for others trying to lose weight. This means that you should not drink raw milk or eat raw cheese either. If you are a fan of sashimi, you may need to take a break.
