The stones are set tightly together so the end result does not show any metal. When the surface of the eternity ring is covered with small diamonds, the technique itself is called Pav that means paved. It stands, as a great name due to the fact the surface looks somewhat like a street paved with cobblestones. The eternity ring can be a nice ring to choose when searching for rings for different occasions. An eternity ring has variety in the fact it can be used in numerous amounts of events, an engagement, wedding or promise ring.
Any one of these different types of setting can be a great setting for an eternity ring. The choice of setting fully depends on the specific interest in the buyer.
